Since 2014 I am part of the USA based international company Hanna Instruments. As the lead of the graphical team at their manufacturing facilities located in Romania, I am responsible for the following: directing the visual and functional output of a wide range of products, campaigns, and projects, managing the entire design lifecycle from concept to execution, mentoring the design team, setting quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams (production, marketing), aligning design strategies with business goals, and ensuring high-quality, consistent, and innovative results.2017 - 2018

Mail Boxes Etc. (MBE) is a prominent high-street chain in the UK that operates as a one-stop-shop for shipping, postal, printing, and business support services with over 150 franchised locations across the UK and Ireland.Besides the everyday tasks and duties of designing advertisements, brochures, handouts, flyers and online graphics, I was also responsible for managing all projects from brief to fulfillment, ensuring alignment with client objectives and ensuring consistency across clients' corporate and promotional brands to enhance brand recognition.2012 - 2014
Curiosity, a growing client base, and an unexpected long-term contract offer from a non-profit organisation led me to become a freelance graphic designer for 2 years between 2012 and 2014. Exciting time of my career, with a lot of interesting projects, plus starting my own T-shirt printing business back in Hungary and later a POD (print-on-demand) printing business in the UK. 2008 - 2012
Working for companies like Beflex Group, Budapest, Hungary (a major Central European visual communication and branding company, specialising in wide-format digital printing, indoor/outdoor signage, store design, exhibition stands, and bespoke point-of-sale (POS) displays, or Atidekor (Szeged, Hungary) (advertising and decoration company) specializing in large-format printing, illuminated signs, vehicle branding, and bespoke interior and exterior business decorations, helped me to shape the solid foundation for my future carrier.
